• (Hotel and tour) Booking operators: natural or legal persons used by Showme Caribbean who sell rooms/tours to Customers;
• Conditions: these general conditions;
• Services: all products and services offered by booking operators, such as but
not only Booking.com, Expedia, Caribbean Tours and other resellers;
• Customer: the purchaser of rooms/tours;
• Agreement: all agreements between the customer and tour operators, including all
changes and additions thereto with regard to services;
• Parties: Customer and Providers;
• Website: the website showmecaribbean.nl operated by Showme Caribbean
including mobile applications (apps), on which rooms/tours from tour operators are offered;
All definitions have the same meaning in singular and plural unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Customer acknowledges that Showme Caribbean only acts as a redirectory in the conclusion of agreements when purchasing rooms/tours from hotel and tour booking operators. If a customer orders rooms/tours and the relevant bookings operator accepts the order, a direct (purchase) agreement is concluded between the customer and the relevant booking operator. Showme Caribbean will never become a party to the (purchase) agreements between the customer and tour operators. Showme Caribbean redirects the search on behalf of the booking operators. The collection of (partial) payments on behalf of hotels or tour operators in connection with the purchase of rooms/tours is completely handled and the responsibility of the bookings operator. The general terms and conditions of the bookings operator can generally be viewed on the operator's website or can be requested.
Unless otherwise agreed or indicated by Showme Caribbean, the Customer is obliged to direct all correspondence regarding the services and the order and therooms/tours, such as, but not limited to, revocation, dissolution, complaints and service to bookings operators.
All reservations regarding services made through the bookings operators website are subject to the approval of the bookings operator and may be subject to change. With regard to reservations, Showme Caribbean is also not a contracting party and only plays an redirecting role.
Showme Caribbean is not responsible for the quality, content and performance of the Services provided by the bookings operator.
Booking operators are entitled to change, move or cancel a service in accordance with the booking operators' terms and conditions. If Showme Caribbean becomes aware of a change, cancellation or relocation of a service, it will attempt to notify the customer.
Showme Caribbean will only do so if and insofar as a booking operator instructs Showme Caribbean. Showme Caribbean is never liable for damages to the customer in the event of moved, changed or canceled services.
Booking operators can set additional conditions that the customer must comply with.
Showme Caribbean is not liable for damage and costs on the part of the customer as a result of acts or omissions of tour operators and/or the participation in and/or use of the services by the customer, to the extent permitted by law.
